At Brewed Monday Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our coffee and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at brewedmondaycoffee@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
All returned products must be in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product and will be credited back to the original payment method.
